Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or VueJs/Ember)
- Passion for user experience and design and an understanding of front-end architecture
- Experience in enterprise cloud environments and cloud technologies
- Familiarity with Databricks is a plus Basic SQL skills and data modeling experience (including star schema / dimensional models)
- Experience with CI/CD and Git-based workflows
- Modern developing experience using AI tools or copilots to assist with development and documentation
- Familiarity with automation or AI agents to streamline development workflows is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with engineers and managers in the electric utility /operations domain
- Able to operate in a regulated, production-critical enterprise environment
