Network Turbine Solutions (NTS) plays an important role in supporting safe and efficient maintenance outcomes, and we’re now looking for an MIS Implementation Specialist to join the AMO Support Services team.
In this role, you’ll support the planning and coordination of maintenance activity while also helping drive system implementation, configuration and process optimisation across planning functions. You’ll work closely with operational and support teams to translate production planning workflows into system processes, improve digital ways of working and support end users through change.
In This Role, You’ll
- Support the development and maintenance of short- and long-term production planning schedules for aircraft maintenance requirements
- Help ensure maintenance layovers are appropriately aligned to task requirements, resourcing and material availability so operations can run efficiently
- Translate operational planning workflows into system processes and support implementation, testing and validation activities
- Work with project teams and operational stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve system or process issues
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, standardise workflows and enhance efficiency, visibility and accuracy
- Train and support users on system functionality, and develop training materials and user guidance content
- Maintain strong working relationships across planning, operations, supply chain, procurement, quality and IT teams
- Monitor data quality and planning-related KPIs, contributing to broader continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a strong safety culture and operate in line with group safety management systems and policies
You’ll Bring
- Around 4–5 years’ experience in a comparable role within the aviation industry
- Experience in production planning, maintenance planning or a similar operational planning environment
- Exposure to system implementation, configuration, testing or digital process improvement within an operational setting
- Strong capability in process optimisation, project management and structured documentation
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset
- The ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups and convert business needs into practical system-based solutions
- Tertiary qualifications in project management, lean process, digital transformation or aviation management will be highly regarded.
