Senior Executive, MRO Account Manager

Position Summary
As a result of creating one unified commercial strategic business unit, the Senior Executive, MRO Account Manager is responsible to maintain customer relationship and satisfaction through assisting customers and providing support to the Manager Sales (Base). This role requires highly motivated coordinator, getting things done, fast learner with problem-solving skills and the ability to influence internal and external cross functional stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
- Maintain assigned customer relationship management by becoming the main focal point, addressing customer concerns, request, bidding, RFQ, complaints and escalation during services effectively and promptly.
- Supports MRO base maintenance annual sales and revenue growth by developing and identifying opportunities for additional revenue (market and customer approach by promoting and upselling MRO base maintenance capabilities).
- Coordinate RFP review with internal P145 stakeholders, establish costing, prepare and obtain approval on commercial proposals for submission to customer.
- Lead the review and execution of assigned customer contract process management, from master agreement establishment or renewal, purchase orders issuance and supplemental agreements between customer and internal stakeholders
- Lead the review and execution of commercial terms against contractual obligations.
- Coordinate with PPC, Project Manager, Supply Chain and related P145 stakeholders including Group Finance teams for any project issues escalation from customer.
- Advises customers in finding the right solution and pro-actively up-sells customer-oriented services
- Coordinate business units within MABES to meet customer requirements and maintain an internal and external performance dialog
- Manage commercial processes from BOW review, costing, proposal, contracts & billing.
- Responsible for timely & accurate invoicing to Customer.
- Must be able to work in KLIA & Subang
- Must be able to travel either local or overseas as required.
Qualifications and Years of Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering fields or Aircraft Maintenance License with MBA
- Project Management with Lean & Kaizen experience is a plus
