Parker is seeking a motivated and reliable KINTEX Operator to join our manufacturing team at Ansty Park. This role is responsible for operating KINTEX equipment safely and efficiently to support high-quality production, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement within our operations.

Position Summary
As a KINTEX Operator, you will operate, monitor, and maintain KINTEX equipment in line with Parker's safety, quality, and production standards. You will be responsible for ensuring components are processed accurately, production targets are supported, and any machine or quality issues are escalated promptly.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to safe working, quality control, housekeeping, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Operate KINTEX equipment in accordance with approved work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety requirements.
- Set up, monitor, and adjust equipment to ensure consistent production output and product quality.
- Inspect components and finished products to confirm they meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Complete production documentation accurately, including job sheets, inspection records, traceability information, and system entries where required.
- Identify and report equipment faults, process issues, or quality concerns to the appropriate supervisor, maintenance team, or quality representative.
- Handle materials and components safely, following manual handling procedures and site requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in line with 5S and housekeeping expectations.
- Support continuous improvement activities by identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Follow all Parker Hannifin health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, maintenance, quality, and support functions to achieve production goals.
Qualifications
Essential
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, machine operation, or assembly environment.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Good mechanical aptitude and confidence working with production equipment.
- Ability to complete basic production records and documentation accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work the required afternoon shift pattern.
- Positive attitude toward safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills and willingness to raise issues promptly.
Desirable
- Previous experience operating KINTEX or similar automated/semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
- Experience working in an environment with lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.
- Basic computer or production system experience.
- Forklift, crane, or manual handling certification, where relevant to the site.
- Experience working to formal quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949, or similar, depending on site requirements.
