Safety & Training Manager – Phoenix, AZ
Join our team and help lead a culture where safety comes first. We're looking for a motivated leader to oversee safety, security, and training programs across our warehouse and ramp operations. In this role, you'll ensure compliance, develop employees, and drive initiatives that keep our team safe while supporting operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Lead safety and training programs across warehouse and ramp operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and FAA, TSA, and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct safety investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Coach station leaders on safety best practices and behavior-based safety.
- Manage new hire and recurrent training schedules.
- Support workplace injury management, return-to-work programs, and employee follow-up.
- Conduct security audits and investigate safety and security incidents.
- Lead monthly safety meetings and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in safety leadership, training, or operations management.
- Knowledge of FAA, TSA, OSHA, and workplace safety regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Passion for developing employees and building a strong safety culture.
