At Cathay, we don’t just train Second Officers — we train future captains. Through our Cadet Pilot Programme, you’ll receive structured training to obtain a Commercial Pilot Licence and become a pilot to operate regional, long haul and ultra-long haul flights. Cadets will undergo ground training with leading institutions in Hong Kong and around the world, followed by flight training at world-renowned flying training organisations.
Join us at the upcoming Cadet Pilot Exploration Workshop designed to ignite your aviation aspirations. With career talk, engaging aviation activities and the opportunity to network with our flight crew and Talent Acquisition team, you will gain deeper insights into Cathay’s Cadet Pilot Programme and discover what it takes to pursue a flying career.
If you are interested in attending an initial interview for our Cadet Pilot Programme, please indicate your interest in the registration form below. Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application. Only candidates who pass the assessment will receive an email invitation to an initial interview during the event.
