About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading business aviation organisation for a Ramp Agent / Platform Operations Officer based at Schiphol Airport.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in the exclusive world of business aviation, where safety, quality and exceptional customer service are at the heart of every operation. Unlike commercial ground handling, you'll work in a premium environment, providing personalised support to business jet crews and VIP passengers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform ground handling activities for business aircraft, including aircraft towing support and refuelling.
Coordinate aircraft arrivals, departures and turnaround operations.
Prepare and deliver crew briefings.
Process handling requests and operational changes.
Maintain and update flight files and operational documentation.
Accurately record all services provided for each flight.
Liaise with flight crews, customers and external service providers.
Deliver a safe, efficient and customer-focused operation at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Ramp Agent, Ground Handling Agent or in a similar aviation operations role is preferred.
Experience within business aviation or an FBO environment is an advantage but not essential.
Valid Category B driving licence (C and E licences are desirable).
Good command of both Dutch and English.
Able to commute to Schiphol Airport within 60 minutes.
Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude.
Able to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including early, late, night, weekends and public holidays.
MBO level education or equivalent.
