About the Opportunity
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading business aviation organisation for a Ramp Agent / Platform Operations Officer based at Rotterdam The Hague Airport.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a premium aviation environment where safety, operational excellence and exceptional customer service are the priority. Unlike high-volume commercial operations, you'll work directly with flight crews and VIP passengers, ensuring every aircraft movement is handled safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform aircraft marshaling and ramp handling activities.
Support aircraft arrivals, departures and turnaround operations.
Operate ground support equipment safely and efficiently.
Assist with flight preparation and operational support activities.
Welcome and assist flight crews and passengers.
Coordinate aircraft servicing requirements.
Maintain the highest standards of safety and operational compliance.
Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Ramp Agent, Ground Handling Agent or in a similar aviation role.
Business aviation or FBO experience is advantageous but not essential.
Valid Category B driving licence (C and E licences are an advantage).
Good command of Dutch and English.
Able to commute to Rotterdam The Hague Airport within 60 minutes.
Strong customer service skills and professional attitude.
Able to work independently and within a team.
Flexible to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
MBO level education or equivalent.
