RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting CFO in overseeing the finance department functions
- Preparation of comprehensive financial monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Management.
- Cashflow forecasting.
- Monitoring deviations from budget.
- Monthly accruals calculation.
- Assistance in annual budgeting and financial forecasts.
- Work with internal and external auditors to ensure that annual audits are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Working closely with our financial and accounting teams to ensure financial reporting and decision support are consistent in all future regulatory applications.
- Various ad-hoc tasks to support other business units.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years experience in finance/business controller or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial laws, and regulations.
- Strong analytical skills and a hands-on attitude.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience within a fast-growing organization or working in a group of companies.
- A good level of written and oral English communication skills.
- Experience with NAV would be an advantage.
