Resource Group is currently seeking Mechanical Instructors to join the RTS division. Reporting to the Training Manager, this is an excellent opportunity for experienced aviation maintenance professionals who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping develop the next generation of aircraft engineers.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' aviation maintenance experience (civil or military) with fixed-wing or rotary-wing aircraft.
Good understanding of Part-147 and Part-66 regulations.
Teaching qualification.
Part-66 B1 Aircraft Maintenance Licence, passed Part-66 modules or an equivalent recognised apprenticeship in aviation maintenance.
Right to work in the UK or be eligible to obtain a Skilled Worker Visa.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills.
Professional, proactive and quality-focused approach to training.
Main Responsibilities
Deliver theoretical and practical aviation maintenance training.
Prepare, update and maintain course notes, presentations and training materials.
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training programmes.
Support examination activities, including examiner and invigilator duties following the required approvals and qualifications.
Maintain and update examination databases and associated documentation.
Ensure training is delivered in accordance with regulatory and internal quality standards while achieving customer satisfaction objectives.
