We’re looking for a Powerplant Engineering Manager to join our Technical team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a challenging and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to manage exciting projects and work across different stages of the aircraft lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Evaluate aircraft and engine status, configuration and technical condition prior to acquisition;
- Analyze engine maintenance history and performance data using Engine Condition Monitoring (ECM) programs;
- Review and validate engine records during aircraft deliveries, redeliveries, transitions and technical inspections;
- Lead the technical management of engine deliveries, redeliveries and transition projects;
- Prepare and ensure compliance of final engine documentation and records throughout aircraft and engine transitions;
- Coordinate engine and APU shop visits, including work scope preparation and technical follow-up with MROs;
- Represent the company during engine disassembly, scrap review and engine testing activities;
- Review engine shop visit records, maintenance reports and invoices upon completion;
- Evaluate and monitor the implementation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs);
- Monitor the status of Engine and APU Life-Limited Parts (LLPs) across the fleet;
- Manage maintenance, planning and engineering activities to ensure successful project execution;
- Provide technical guidance and support to management and cross-functional teams on aircraft and engine-related matters.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation or related field;
- Strong technical knowledge of CFM and GE engines;
- Solid technical aviation background, with experience gained at an airline, aircraft lessor or MRO organization;
- Proven experience in project management;
- In-depth understanding of the aircraft lifecycle, including delivery, transition, sale and part-out processes;
- Ability to analyze technical data and translate it into commercial insights regarding aircraft maintenance status;
- Strong analytical, numerical, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and business partners at all levels;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a self-motivated attitude and a sense of ownership.
