GOOSE Recruitment has been exclusively engaged to appoint a Head of Training for a highly respected and growing premium general aviation business.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation renowned for delivering bespoke flight training and aviation services to private aircraft owners and high-net-worth individuals. As the business transitions to a UK CAA Non-Complex ATO, you will play a key role in shaping its future growth and training operations.
The Role Reporting directly to the business owner, you will lead the Flight Training Organisation, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, instructional quality and customer experience.
The role combines leadership and flying, with approximately two days per week dedicated to flight instruction and the remainder focused on instructor management, regulatory oversight, operational improvement and organisational development.
About You You may currently be a:
- Head of Training
- Deputy Head of Training
- Chief Flight Instructor
- Senior Flight Instructor with significant regulatory experience
Ideally, you will hold:
- UK CAA Flight Instructor Rating (FI)
- Instrument Rating Instructor (IRI)
- Strong knowledge of UK CAA ATO regulations
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing instructors
