The Fleet Supervisor position is available in Columbus, OH. The Fleet Supervisor will set goals, present briefings, influence methods, and compel action that will ensure their fleet's performance is among the best in the industry.

Your Responsibilities
- Monitor fleet performance and develop programs for continuous improvement.
- Organize periodic division reviews of fleet programs.
- Ensure that the maintenance program for their assigned fleets is optimum.
- Manage the life cycle cost of their assigned fleets.
- Participate in industry activities to stay current with new techniques and procedures.
- Establish benchmarking and advise on sourcing of Maintenance Operations.
- Serve as members of the Reliability Assurance Program Control.
- When required they will be troubleshooting systems with crew or ensuring aircraft systems are in correct configuration to correct issues.
- Ensure vendors are using proper techniques and tooling when maintaining Jet Select aircraft.
- Assist vendors in troubleshooting of aircraft systems, research parts, and research various documentation.
- Monitor ongoing aircraft issues and document for future maintenance events required.
- Revise work orders as required, approve discrepancies, review quotes for accuracy, and ensure agreed work is complied with.
- Monitor Senior Maintenance Controllers and Maintenance Controllers to confirm the ordering parts, shipping parts, receiving parts, and check documentation for accuracy prior to the return to service of the aircraft.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate
- 5 years’ experience on turbine powered aircraft.
- Analytical, Determined, Strong technical intellect, Strong natural curiosity.
