As our
Loyalty Strategic Finance Manager, you will own the economics that turn a loyalty currency into a profitable business: full ownership of the program's planning cycle, its financial model, and the return standard every decision has to clear.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Running the planning cycle end to end, from annual budget and forecasts to the long-range plan.
- Owning the financial model that connects the drivers of the business to the P&L and simulating every major decision before it is taken.
- Setting the economic parameters the program runs on: return thresholds, issuance and redemption price ranges, cost of the point, and spend criteria.
- Deciding what a business case has to prove before it moves, writing the case for new initiatives and partnerships with strategy and commercial, structuring the economics of those deals, and measuring the return that actually lands.
- Producing and defending the program's numbers in front of group management, from monthly results to the quarterly value report.
- Owning the points liability model, its breakage and redemption assumptions, and the exposure they carry.
- Identifying where the program can create more value in cost, margin, and cash, and driving that agenda across the program.
- Holding the financial governance of the business unit: closes, purchase orders, the revenue cycle with partners, operating policy, and financial controls.
Our ideal candidate:
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; a Master's in Finance is a plus.
- Advanced English proficiency, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience building financial models.
- Advanced Excel and intermediate Python.
- Familiarity with financial data platforms such as Bloomberg.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly to senior stakeholders; structured thinker with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience with loyalty programs is a plus.
