The Product Analyst of Crew AI Strategy and Delivery will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy for how predictive tools should inform decision making in Crew Resources from an analytical and technical perspective.
In this dynamic role, you'll collaborate with diverse squads across multiple business areas, gaining unparalleled cross-divisional visibility. By working with various teams and navigating complex challenges, you'll become a well-rounded Product Analyst with a deep understanding of how interconnected efforts drive business success.
This role is designed for a highly adaptable, strategic, and detail-oriented Product Analyst who can be deployed across different business areas based on organizational needs. The successful candidate will translate high-level product strategy into actionable development work while collaborating with multiple agile squads and fostering continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Strategic Product Execution
- Partner with product leaders to translate high-level product strategy into executable backlogs aligned with enterprise priorities and business objectives.
- Rapidly assess and understand key product features that significantly impact assigned squads.
- Create clear and concise user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product lifecycle within development teams through continuous stakeholder feedback.
- Lead sprint demos and ensure successful delivery of features meeting business criteria.
- Ensure alignment between product vision and execution across squads.
- Coordinate with other Product Owners as necessary.
Cross-Squad Collaboration and Leadership
- Lead and participate in agile ceremonies:
- Daily stand-ups
- Sprint planning
- Backlog refinement
- Retrospectives
- Facilitate backlog refinement sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-squad integration efforts.
- Foster continuous improvement through Product Owner communities of practice and sharing best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the bridge between stakeholders and development squads.
- Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated quickly.
- Use data-driven methods to validate decisions and develop recommendations.
Agile Methodology Advocacy
- Champion agile practices and high-quality feature delivery.
- Utilize tools such as Agility and Aha! for tracking and planning.
- Promote flexibility and adaptability as priorities evolve.
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Proven experience as a Product Analyst or similar role in a fast-paced agile environment (4+ years preferred).
- Expertise working within an agile organization.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with agile and roadmapping tools (e.g., Agility, Aha!).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience making data-driven decisions.
- Commitment to safety and security of people and data.
- Embraces diversity of people and perspectives.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
