Job Description: Senior Executive - Group Sales
The Group Sales Team plays a pivotal role in driving revenue through bulk bookings and managing group travel requirements. The team works closely with multiple departments to deliver seamless travel experiences for large groups, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. As a part of this dynamic team, you will contribute to achieving revenue goals while enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned group revenue targets.
- Manage group quotations and inquiries within defined TAT.
- Prepare MIS reports, sales dashboards, and business performance analysis.
- Monitor KPIs, booking trends, revenue performance, and conversion metrics.
- Handle customer escalations, issue resolution, and conflict management effectively.
- Coordinate with Revenue Management, Operations, Finance, Digital, and Sales teams for smooth execution of group bookings.
- Support management with reporting, stakeholder management, and special projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in Airlines, Travel, Reservations, Ticketing, or Group Sales.
- Prior airline or travel industry experience preferred.
Desired Skills
- Strong analytical, MIS, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reservation systems.
- Knowledge of airline reservations and group booking processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving, issue management, and conflict resolution abilities.
