ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:
As a Technician Field Ops, your role will be to provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with SITA’s standards where you will work on-site at the Calgary Airport.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide Service Operations support to internal and external customers in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• When required act as the customer SPOC and co-ordinate the scheduling of intervention with Customer's internal resolver groups and the Service Desk.
• Report and escalate to the next level those problems which cannot be fixed.
• Work on shiftwork (to be determined with your manager).
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience desktop support.
- Must have dealt directly with external customers delivering to SLAs.
- Airline experience and/or ATI know-how.
- Degree or equivalent Diploma/ Certificate in Computer science Electronic Engineering or equivalent
- Recognized Industry certification (CISCO/ITIL/ Microsoft/VMware).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with the following: Microsoft Windows Operating System 10/ Break Fix experience with workstations, printers, monitors
- Network basic troubleshooting skills.
- Effective written and interpersonal communication & bee able to work on-site.
- Able to Obtain and retain a Transport Canada Security clearance.
- Some travel may be required.
- Driver's license required.
