We are currently recruiting for an experienced CAMO Representative to join a well-established and quality-driven aviation organisation based in Zurich, Switzerland.
This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a hands-on and proactive aviation professional with experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring aircraft safety, reliability and regulatory compliance while coordinating closely with maintenance providers, operations teams and other technical stakeholders.

The Role
As a CAMO Representative, you will support and coordinate continuing airworthiness activities in accordance with EASA Part-M / Part-CAMO requirements.
The role is focused on technical coordination, maintenance planning, compliance and airworthiness management, working closely with internal departments and external Part-145 organisations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP).
Plan and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities with internal teams and contracted Part-145 organisations.
Monitor aircraft airworthiness status, including ADs, SBs, LLPs and reliability data.
Support Airworthiness Reviews and the issuance or extension of Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC).
Maintain and control technical records and continuing airworthiness documentation.
Coordinate with maintenance providers, OEMs and suppliers to resolve technical matters and ensure efficient maintenance execution.
Analyse airworthiness and reliability data to support technical decision-making and compliance.
Support internal audits, compliance checks and continuous improvement activities within CAMO.
Ensure activities are performed in accordance with applicable Safety Management System (SMS) and quality requirements.
Requirements
Approximately 3–4 years of experience within CAMO or a Continuing Airworthiness environment.
Previous experience with at least one of the following aircraft types:
Pilatus PC-12
Embraer Phenom 300E
Bombardier Global Express
Good knowledge of EASA Part-M and/or Part-CAMO regulations.
Experience in maintenance planning, airworthiness monitoring and/or technical records.
Experience coordinating with Part-145 organisations and external maintenance providers.
Strong technical English, both written and spoken.
Proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.
Desirable
Experience with CAMO/MRO systems such as AMOS, CAMP or OASES.
Knowledge of Safety Management Systems (SMS).
Previous exposure to audits or regulatory inspections.
Knowledge of related regulations, including Part-145 and Part-OPS.
EASA Part-66 licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
Additional CAMO or Continuing Airworthiness training would be beneficial.
Qualifications
Degree or technical qualification in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance or a related discipline.
