Workplace Coach is instrumental in ensuring new joiners are prepared to perform effectively in their role upon commencement of employment. This role places a strong emphasis on quality-driven coaching, aligning all activities with business objectives, productivity targets, and robust onboarding requirements. It collaborates closely with the business, Learning & Talent (L&T), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other key stakeholders, ensuring strict alignment with Emirates Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to deliver practical, impactful on-the-job coaching that meets business needs.
In This Role You Will
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and L&T teams to design and deliver coaching initiatives that directly support business needs and ensure strict adherence to Emirates SOPs.
- Ensure all new joiners receive practical, tailored onboarding experiences that meet operational requirements and reinforce compliance with established procedures.
- Guide new joiners through their learning journey, embedding business objectives, safety standards, and productivity benchmarks into every coaching interaction.
- Collaborate with SMEs to deliver a seamless and impactful on-job coaching experience for new joiners, ensuring consistency and excellence throughout their training journey.
- Track new joiners development and adherence to standards, providing regular feedback and adjusting coaching strategies to optimise performance and compliance.
- Standardise and continuously enhance on-job coaching materials and resources to ensure scalable, high-quality, and compliant onboarding experiences across the organisation. Lead and coordinate cross-functional coaching initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and consistency.
- Drive operational excellence by consistently reinforcing SOP and promoting safe work practices across all coaching activities. Ensure new joiners acquire SOP-compliant, practical knowledge and skills, effectively bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world application.
Qualification
To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Should have completed 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
- Have 4+ years experience in Airport Operations, SkyCargo, or airline industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in delivering quality-driven coaching and mentoring aligned with SOP and operational compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, able to champion standards across multiple business functions.
- Exceptional organisational abilities, with a proven track record of managing high onboarding volumes while maintaining strict procedural compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the business, key stakeholders, L&T teams and SMEs to embed Standards & Procedures throughout all coaching activities.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in upholding and promoting SOPs and operational standards.
