Within the AFKLMP Cargo domain, we are looking for a (Senior) Business Analyst to join the Customer & Master Data (CMD) team. You will work on the systems and data that form the foundation of AFKLMP Cargo’s digital landscape. The applications within this domain manage essential customer and reference data and support key processes across our digital platforms. Many other systems and processes rely on this data, making stability, data quality and seamless integration essential. You will connect business, product and IT in an international environment, working with colleagues and stakeholders in Amsterdam, Paris and India. As a (Senior) Business Analyst, you translate business needs into scalable and reliable solutions. On an average working day, you develop requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, analyse the impact of changes and map data flows and system integrations. You take functional ownership of several applications and safeguard their coherence, data quality and functional consistency within the Customer & Master Data domain.
You will also:
translate business challenges into functional and technical solutions and document them in clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation;
conduct impact analyses and provide insight into end-to-end data flows, system integrations and dependencies between applications;
support the functional testing and validation of new features;
safeguard the quality, stability and consistent processing of customer and reference data;
work closely with stakeholders in Amsterdam and Paris and with the development team in India.
You will join the Customer & Master Data team within AFKLMP Cargo and will be based in Amsterdam. You will work with colleagues and stakeholders in Amsterdam and Paris, as well as with a development team in India. In this role, you connect business, product and IT and collaborate with various Cargo domains, including Commercial, Operations, Finance and Revenue Management.
As a (Senior) Business Analyst, you will have functional responsibility for five applications within the Customer & Master Data domain. These systems manage essential customer and reference data and together form a key part of AFKLMP Cargo’s digital landscape. Other applications and processes depend on this data, making stability, data quality and effective system integrations essential.
The applications for which you will be responsible include:
the Customer Database, which serves as the central database for all customer information;
the Referential Database, which contains reference data used by multiple systems;
NAWB, the application used to manage and issue Air Waybills.
You safeguard the coherence between these and the other applications within the domain. You also maintain an overview of the data flows, system integrations and processes that depend on the information stored in these applications.
