How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

The Sales Account Executive (Taiwan) is responsible for the planning, coordination and management of sales activities, collaborating with key stakeholders to address the top priorities and exploit the revenue potential, growing Delta’s revenue and market share for Taipei route. The position reports to the Regional Director – Greater China Sales, and is based in Taipei.

Primary Duties Include But Are Not Limited

Gather and analyse market intelligence to maintain Delta’s competitive edge.
Work closely with RM, SP, SD, Network, Marketing, GSS, APAC MNA to incorporate the same strategic direction to optimize Taipei route performance.
Develop and execute strategies to grow premium leisure, corporate, and SME revenue.
Champion the local corporate and SME channel, driving targeted initiatives to expand market share.
Grow and retain accounts within the assigned portfolio and region.
Negotiate and manage contracts with local corporate clients.
Maintain strong relationships with key wholesalers, OTAs, TMCs.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment and performance.
Monitor account performance using data-driven insights.
Identify revenue opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare reports and manage sales administration in line with company standards.
Represent Delta at industry events, expos, and launches.
Deliver tailored sales messaging to diverse audiences.
Contribute to local corporate and agency communications such as newsletters and updates.
Support the Regional Director - Greater China Sales in managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent account support and execution.
Foster agency engagement through regular meetings and joint initiatives.

What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)

Must have permanent authorization to live and work in Taiwan without current or future employer sponsorship.
Minimum 5 years of sales management experience with a global airline, with a proven track record of strong performance in corporate client sales.
Proven success in negotiating with corporations, agencies and TMCs.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident public speaker with strong presentation abilities.
Consultative approach to account management with a track record of building profitable relationships.
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

University degree.
Proficiency in Salesforce.
Established relationships with key corporates, agencies and TMCs.
