We are looking for an IC Business Partner Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused, and adaptable individual who understands how to develop, implement, and manage Internal Communications initiatives for the Flight Attendant workforce, through the design and production of content, materials, and campaigns aligned with communication strategies and brand identity, with the goal of facilitating key messages, strengthening employee engagement, and delivering a consistent communication experience.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Experience:
- Experience in internal, corporate, or organizational communications, including the development and implementation of communication campaigns.
- Experience creating and managing content for internal communication channels, as well as designing materials using graphic design and multimedia editing tools.
- Experience coordinating external vendors, managing multiple communication projects, and supporting internal clients.
Skills to succeed:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of internal communications, storytelling, campaigns, digital platforms, and graphic/audiovisual design.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of additional Adobe tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Adobe After Effects (preferred).
