We are looking for a Digital Media Specialist to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is ideal for a team-oriented, effective communicator, and problem-solver who understands how to coordinate the Display team in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Programmatic and Social Media (Meta and TikTok), ensuring proper platform management, high-quality implementation, and continuous performance improvement.
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Experience:
- Experience planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital media campaigns, including Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and DV360.
- Experience analyzing performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rate) and optimizing campaigns based on results.
- Experience managing and tracking digital media budgets, as well as coordinating teams.
Skills to succeed:
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and measurement and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (preferred).
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Campaign Manager 360, Creative Studio, and AppsFlyer (preferred).
- Knowledge of the Programmatic ecosystem, RTB buying models, and automation tools such as Smartly; media platform certifications are preferred.
