If you're currently supporting senior brokers or underwriters, this role gives you the opportunity to take genuine ownership of client relationships, renewals, new business and market development.
You'll gain broad exposure across account management, claims, business development, networking and market research, with the freedom to identify and develop your own specialist market niches.
With a global client base and growth across North America and international markets, the role also offers opportunities for international travel and market development.

The Company Our client is a specialist provider of professional indemnity and errors & omissions insurance to businesses supporting aircraft owners and operators.
The aviation portfolio focuses primarily on general aviation, including air charter brokers, aircraft managers, consultants and designers, alongside aircraft leasing.
The aviation team is growing, with investment approved to support ambitious expansion plans.
The Role You'll be responsible for:
- Managing allocated aviation accounts and renewals
- Building relationships with clients and insurance brokers
- Providing basic claims advice and support
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Conducting market research
- Developing new industry contacts and distribution channels
- Attending industry events and travelling internationally
- Identifying and developing your own market niches
- Contributing to the team's overall growth objectives
You'll also receive training on the specialist insurance product, helping you broaden your technical and commercial expertise.
About You We're looking for someone with around 2–3 years' experience within insurance, ideally aviation insurance.
You could come from:
- Aviation insurance broking
- A junior broker/team member supporting senior brokers
- Underwriting, supporting senior underwriters
- An aviation or commercially focused insurance environment
You'll ideally have:
- Good technical and commercial aviation insurance knowledge
- A genuine interest in aviation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial curiosity and a willingness to develop new business
- Confidence networking with industry professionals
- A desire to take greater ownership and responsibility
CII qualifications or working towards them would be advantageous, but are not essential
