Product Operations Analytics Specialist serves as a critical link between Product, Technology, and Operations teams, leveraging analytics and data-driven insights to optimize product performance and support strategic decision-making. The role is responsible for measuring product outcomes, developing reporting and performance frameworks, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations throughout the product lifecycle. By combining product operations expertise with advanced analytics, this position helps drive adoption, value realization, operational efficiency, and continuous innovation across the ACS Tools & Technology portfolio.
- Lead product analytics and performance measurement efforts by developing analytical frameworks, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights that support product strategy and business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, analytics, and operational reporting that provide Product Teams and leadership with visibility into product performance, adoption, customer experience, and operational outcomes.
- Partner with Product, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into data-driven solutions, and support the successful delivery and optimization of digital products and tools.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities for process improvement, product enhancements, operational efficiencies, and value realization across the product portfolio.
- Establish and maintain data governance, reporting standards, and performance measurement methodologies to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of analytics and insights.
- Support product lifecycle activities, including opportunity assessment, business case development, pilot evaluations, implementation measurement, and post-launch performance tracking.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations that communicate business performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic insights to leadership.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in product operations, business intelligence, analytics, product management support, operational performance, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Experience developing and maintaining dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, reporting solutions, and performance measurement frameworks using business intelligence and data visualization tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and data storytelling, with the ability to translate technical findings into meaningful business insights for diverse audiences
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, and product performance measurement principles.
- Ability to gather business requirements, define success metrics, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence decisions and build alignment across teams, departments, and organizational levels.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and multiple data sources while ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance standards.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong project management, organizational, and facilitation skills with the ability to lead initiatives from concept through implementation and measurement.
