How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)
As an Analyst, you will support assigned markets while building foundational ownership, executing established pricing and inventory strategies, and developing the analytical skills required to drive performance. You will blend data analysis with structured decision-making to deliver optimal outcomes while growing your independence and ownership mindset. Successful candidates will be assigned to Pricing, Inventory, or Industry Pricing & Insights based on business needs. While specific duties may vary by assignment, all roles focus on using data, market trends, and business insights to support revenue performance and informed decision-making.
- Support assigned markets by executing pricing, inventory, and forecasting actions aligned to defined strategies
- Develop foundational ownership by understanding demand patterns, competitive activity, industry trends, and key performance drivers
- Apply established frameworks and tools to respond to demand changes and meet revenue targets
- Use data, market insights, and performance metrics to identify trends, assess opportunities and risks, and recommend actions that support revenue objectives
- Execute decisions within established strategies and operating corridors while building judgement through coaching, feedback, and market outcomes
- Build proficiency in revenue management tools and systems while progressing toward more complex pricing and inventory actions
- Monitor and respond to changes in demand, competitive actions, industry trends, and market conditions, prioritizing time-sensitive analyses and recommendations
- Interpret key metrics to identify trends and performance drivers
- Conduct routine and ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making
- Implement updates to pricing strategies and forecast adjustments
- Evaluate post-departure results to inform future actions
- Share market updates, observations, and results with team members
- Collaborate with Pricing, Inventory, and Commercial partners
What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn market dynamics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with airline economic and industry experience preferred
