Mission
Ensure that all Flight Operations manuals remain accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with aviation regulations by managing documentation updates, coordinating inputs from multiple departments, and maintaining robust version control processes that support safe and efficient airline operations.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Maintain and update Flight Operations manuals, ensuring all operational procedures, aircraft information, and company requirements are accurately reflected.
Coordinate with Flight Operations, Maintenance, Ground Operations, Operations Control, and other stakeholders to gather, validate, and implement documentation updates.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure all manuals remain compliant with applicable aviation regulations and industry standards.
Review and assess the operational impact of proposed changes, ensuring consistency across related manuals and documentation.
Manage the revision process of Flight Operations manuals, ensuring timely updates and effective implementation of changes.
Maintain document control processes, including version management, traceability, and retention of historical records.
Support the preparation and submission of documentation updates required by aviation authorities and regulatory bodies.
Maintain the Flight Operations documentation library and liaise with document management providers to ensure documentation systems remain effective and up to date.
Academic Background
Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related aviation discipline.
Additional training in aviation regulations, flight operations, compliance, quality systems, or technical documentation is considered an advantage.
Experience
Previous experience in aviation operations, technical documentation, compliance, quality assurance, or a similar environment is desirable.
Recent graduates with relevant academic background and a strong interest in Flight Operations and aviation regulations are encouraged to apply.
Exposure to document management systems, version control processes, or cross-functional projects will be considered a plus.
Skills
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
Knowledge of aviation regulations (EASA or equivalent) and Flight Operations processes is considered a plus.
Understanding of technical documentation, document management systems, and version control methodologies.
Ability to interpret technical, operational, and regulatory information accurately.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
