Role Introduction
Reports To: Social Marketing Manager
The job holder will assist the manager in planning and developing content that aligns with the brand's objectives. They will also engage with influencers to build partnerships. Additionally, the job holder will collaborate with regional teams to maintaining high quality and relevance across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the social media and PR strategies are executed consistently across our main channels including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Linkedin.
- Support Assistant Social Marketing Manager in day to day operation
- Manage content calendar
- Work with regional teams on their content adaptation
- Analyse data and generate regular reports about social media sentiment & performance metrics.
- Support Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing to identify relevant influencers, analyze influencer metrics and ticket booking.
- Responsible for content publishing.
- Maintain on-going social sentiment monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
- Tertiary educated, with 2-4 years of relevant experiences
- Marketing, communications or social media related experiences is essential
- Detail-minded, good organisational, planning and analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills in both English and Chinese
- Have passion and possess good understanding of social media trends
