Role Introduction
Reports to: Assistant Manager Global Business Acquisition and Inside Sales
This role is part of a sales support team focused on enhancing corporate and trade relationships.
As a Global Inside Sales Executive, your goal will be to support both corporate and trade account managers in successfully managing global agreements. You will actively manage select global accounts and corporate market products to drive high yield incremental revenue.
In this role, you will gain valuable experience in account management and negotiation strategies. You will have the opportunity to contribute to significant revenue growth while developing a broad understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular ROI assessments on templates for global agreements to continuously optimize effectiveness.
- Perform ROI evaluations for both new sales prospects and contract renewals to ensure profitability.
- Oversee and manage global corporate accounts with full accountability for outcomes.
- Lead and coordinate strategic alliance deals, facilitating relevant business development referrals.
- Analyze and enhance the competitiveness of contracts through collaboration with account managers.
- Regularly update and maintain standardized Request for Proposal documents for efficient network operations.
- Produce and review performance reports for specific account assessments.
- Collaborate on the development and automation of scorecards for global corporate accounts to streamline evaluations.
- Undertake impact studies to gauge the effectiveness of initiatives concerning global corporate accounts.
- Address specific inquiries related to fare filing, contracting, or customer issues, ensuring accurate data reporting and escalation of critical concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support
- Strong understanding of revenue management principles for optimizing corporate agreements
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- High analytical capabilities combined with strong commercial acumen
- Proficient presentation skills for delivering impactful information
- Innovative and creative thinker capable of maximizing sales opportunities
- Familiarity with relevant software tools for data management is advantageous
- University degree in a related field preferred
- Knowledge of market dynamics in the relevant industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
