ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAMThe P2P Front Office Analyst will primarily support the business with the creation of Purchase Orders in all SITA regions in compliance with the established policies and procedures. The P2P Front Office Analyst will also be responsible for delivering efficient and effective end user support related to P2P process.
WHAT YOUR WILL DO
- Create purchase requests on behalf of the business requestors
- Coordinate and route requests to appropriate procurement and finance teams
- Track good receipts approvals and update requestors
- Perform quality controls and check compliance with Sita policies and best practices

WHO YOU ARE:
- Experience of working in a Shared Service Centre is preferred
- 2-3 years of work experience in an accounting environment preferably within a medium size company with a matrix business structure
- University Degree or working equivalent or Higher College.
- Good knowledge in MS Office applications such as MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English, any other languages will be an advantage
- Strong relationship management skills and able to work across culturally diverse team
