Role Introduction
Reports To: Digital Experience Manager – Web & Membership
We are looking for an energetic team player with demonstrated experience in digital product management to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for the end-to-end digital experience for the customers on our website. This includes but is not limited to optimize the website structure and information architecture, digital features and utilities that also power other digital channels like mobile APP, social media channel and horizontal functions.
You will be work in close partnership with key business stakeholders, product teams and other cross functional team to deliver the seamless web experience that supports our vision to be one of the world’s leading service brands.
Key Responsibilities
Product management & delivery
- Work with the Product Manager to develop a product roadmap for web that supports our vision & strategic objective
- Collaborate with digital strategy and cross functional teams to develop a deep understanding of customer’s needs, pain points and potential solution
- Continuously look for opportunities to grow the product to achieve the set KPIs, by using data, research and market analysis
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories for development teams and work closely with designer
- Work as a Product Owner to manage the backlog prioritization and end-to-end product delivery process from ideation to release management
- Stay up to date on the latest digital trends, web technologies and assess the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation
Requirements
- Degree holder digital product management experience in a fast-paced and data-oriented environment
- Proven track record of successfully driving user engagement and conversion across online channels.
- Solid experience working in an agile/scrum environment and working with technical teams in product delivery, preferably in SAFe agile or any agile methodology
- Strong analytical mindset, experience in analysing complex data sets, deriving insights, and making data driven decision.
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimisation concepts, compliance requirement and website standards
- Experience using work management platforms such Confluence & Jira
- Experience developing test plans & processes to ensure a high-quality product is delivered
- Excellent interpersonal skills including an ability to collaborate with and help motivate team
- An understanding of airline services and products & operation flows is preferred
- Industry certifications such as SAFe, CSPO, or PSPO highly desirable
