Reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead – Service Delivery (Inflight)

This role sits within one of the hiring teams, Talent Acquisition – Service Delivery (Inflight). This team focuses on the recruitment of our cabin crew and you will be responsible for contributing to the design and execution of recruitment strategies, from performing end-to-end recruitment activities to leading various recruitment projects, together with the delivery of a signature Cathay candidate experience through all key touchpoints. On top of daily recruitment, you will also assist the Lead and Manager on regular data analytical reports for senior management.
This is a fixed-term contract position with latest contract end date by end of 2025. Throughout the journey in this role, you will gain the end-to-end recruitment exposure of mass recruitment in a complex and sizeable environment.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Talent Acquisition Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager and Lead to develop and execute talent acquisition strategy for the recruitment of Cabin Crew from day-to-day hiring process to recruitment initiatives and projects
- Lead and provide guidance to Talent Acquisition Officers in end-to-end recruitment processes from job advertisement creation, screening, selecting, offer and onboarding
- Review recruitment processes and propose alignment with Corporate strategy to ensure consistent execution of Cathay signature candidate experience
- Assist the Manager and Lead to maintain and develop various data analytic reports to provide insights and updates to various stakeholders and senior management
- Design, implement and review assessment tools and systems for the recruitment of Cabin Crew
- Work closely with the Employer Branding team to develop a talent community and effective talent attraction plans and activities like recruitment days, career talks and job fairs, etc.
- Deputise for Talent Acquisition Lead – Service Delivery (Inflight) if needed
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or relevant disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition and preferably in aviation industry
- Previous exposure to mass recruitment is advantageous
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System is advantageous
- Experience in handling high volume of data and data analytics is a plus
- Strong influencing and relationship management skills
- Experience in conducting competency-based and technical interviews and use of other assessment and selection tools
- Good communication skills (both verbal and written) in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
