Job Description:
- Assist in the proposal, administration, and general business process for contract management support to complex, multi-year, Government, Commercial, and International programs, in accordance with Company policies, government regulations and customer requirements
- Outreach and partner with other key functional areas, such as Finance, Programs, Engineering, and Sales on new and continuing programs to ensure desired objectives and outcomes are achieved
- Analyze, assess and provide mitigation tactics for business and contractual risk
- Prepare, negotiate, review, and execute contracts detailing prices, terms and special provisions
- Assist in exploring new regulations and contract trends for potential impact on business goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, corporate policies and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree business related field
- Must possess excellent written and oral communication skills with a proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Self-starter with skills including business acumen, tradeoff analysis, problem solving, attention to detail, assessment of stakeholder needs, and financial literacy
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with U.S. government agencies
- Creative and strategic mindset
- Negotiation experience
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $55,000 MIN - $80,000 MAX. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
