Production Planning and Control Manager

As the Production Planning and Control Manager, you will lead Planning & Control activities across the product lifecycle for the Ceramic Matrix Composite manufacturing supply chain that enable inventory and logistics costs to be optimized for Rolls Royce and to ensure delivery performance expectations are achieved. You will identify, develop and implement improvements in Production Planning & Control systems and processes. Coordinates Load and Capacity and production/ recovery planning activities and ensures robust high quality plans are generated, reviewed in line with customer demand and execution monitored to achieve on time delivery. You will be responsible for the deployment and development of planning and control capability within your team.

Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver performance utilizing the Rolls-Royce Production System. Lead the P&C team to ensure that they understood their performance on OTIF, Arrears, Inventory, Build Impact, and ERP Compliance
- Coordinate the Sales and Operations planning process for the commodities within the facility
- Accountable for inventory budget and forecast for their facility
- Manage Planning & Control related change for the manufacturing supply chain and ensure robust planning processes with the subcontract houses
- Develop, manage and control In Factory Logistics processes
- Develop, coach and lead the P&C team members ensuring their responsibilities are delivered professionally
Basic Requirements:
- Associate degree and 7+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, OR
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, OR
- Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations, OR
- JD/PhD, OR
- 9+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations in lieu of a degree
- In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
Preferred Requirements:
- Previous operational, procurement and/or logistical management experience
- Experience working in a global environment
