As a Lean Leader, you will promote all aspects of continuous improvements in the organization, delivering agreed business benefits by leading improvement activities and projects, to develop and coach employees to deliver improvements to support business objectives and guide the business in their application of continuous improvement. Lead and implement improvement strategic programs. Collaborate with OBU (Operations Business Units) leadership to develop business level lean transformation plan to identify and drive critical improvements in accordance with BPD (Business Plan Deployment) priorities. You will support site leadership with activities such as safety & quality compliance, managing risk and business continuity, production cost and rate improvement.

Key Accountabilities:
- Lead BPD development and execution of the improvement program in the facility
- Lead and manage improvement reviews and governance sessions to ensure that fully scoped events and activities are delivered to plan
- Drive the business journey to be a Lean Enterprise, by actively demonstrating the lean leadership actions (behaviors), and by being a champion of the key behavioral changes to underpin the lean organization of the future
- Lead various business improvement and lighthouse projects that will deliver the performance improvements using the most appropriate lean, agile and six sigma problem-solving tools and techniques
- Drive and sustain the deployment of Production System core standards across the business against minimum standard criteria
- Manage improvement capability in the organization, align lean six sigma training and coaching to develop lean capability across the organization with sustained engagement
Basic Requirements:
- Associate degree and 7+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations with Lean Sigma (green belt or higher), OR
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations with Lean Sigma (green belt or higher), OR
- Master's degree in STEM and 3+ years of experience in supply chain, engineering, quality or operations with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, OR
- PhD with Lean Sigma Green Belt or higher, OR
- 9+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations production with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher in lieu of a degree
- In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
Preferred Requirements:
- Lean Sigma Black Belt accredited
- Experience delivering improvement projects / programs
- Experience Influencing team members, managers and senior managers to improve process thinking and drive improvements
- Experience with data driven improvement methods & tools
- Experience with Lean improvement methods & tools
