ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
We are more specifically looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement, retention, and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in creating and optimizing email campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing best practices to maximize results.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and acquisitions.
- Set up landing pages and forms
- Create compelling email content, including design, calls-to-action and copywriting that resonates with our target audience.
- Segment email lists based on user behavior, demographics, and other criteria to optimize campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years of experience executing email marketing campaigns, agency experience preferred
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive measurable results, as an integrated part of a campaign team
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation and personalization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with both business-facing and technical stakeholders
- Organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Keen eye for detail and creativity
- Reporting experience in e.g. Power BI, Tableau
- HTML and CSS knowledge
- English fluency
