Production Support Administrator
Full-Time
East Grinstead, site-based
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Support Administrator at Rolls-Royce Power Systems. The job is wholly office-based in our Workshop at the Headquarters in East Grinstead.
In this role, you will support the production at our Workshop, ensuring a smooth running of all our production activities and working with the workshop supervisor, workshop coordinator and team leaders. You will also be supporting our Customers in Genset, Rail and Marine industries and therefore you need to have excellent communication skills.

What you will be doing:
You will assist the Workshop and Training Centre coordinators in the day-to-day business activities. You will also be:
- Processing tickets in SAP for preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for our products and ensure a smooth running of the supply chain. Ensuring tickets are complete and ready for a Warranty Claim.
- Producing Service Quotations and ordering of parts for various tasks on our products.
- Creating purchase orders and placing orders for different workshop requirements.
- Preparing paperwork for incoming engines, requesting and tracking incoming parts and keeping the spreadsheets updated.

- A well-organised individual with good attention to detail, capable of accurate data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literate. Proficient in use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and email. On the job training will be provided for SAP, RRS Business Portal.
