Carrying out Design for Pharma Process Drainage System Network. Candidate needs to be familiar on Double Trap System with Sterile Configuration, Bio Waste Drains, High & Low TDS Drainage system, Steam Condensate Drainage system to avoid back flows etc. Process understanding of PID’s and translating them into Layouts is essential. It is essential to coordinate with Process Team and Vendors on understanding exact configuration of each equipment like Autoclaves, Filling machines, Washers, PW/WFI/CS Systems from drainage configuration point of view.Carrying out the design of Plumbing Drainage (Internal and External), Water supply, Stormwater Drainage, Rainwater Harvesting, Fire Protection System (PHE) system for Pharma Buildings, FMCG, Data Centers, Electric Vehicle manufacturers, EV battery manufacturer’s, Paint and industrial projects as per the applicable codes and standards and ensuring quality deliverables with safety in design.
