Tasks
As part of Cockpit Crew Planning Management, you are responsible to steer the mid- and long-term cockpit crew capacity by forecasting and optimizing crew demand and training. You drive data-driven decision making and leveraging data & analytics to bring Cockpit Crew Planning to the next level.
- Drive strategic & operational capacity planning and optimization for cockpit crews from long- to mid-term planning by forecasting crew & training demand for the upcoming years
- Monitor performance by gathering relevant data from various sources and compile analyses and reports to enable strategic and operational decisions
- Ensure compliance of our processes by adherence to all governmental, contractual and company regulations
- Engage with stakeholders, build trust and foster mutual transparency to anticipate change and proactively explore business opportunities
- Further develop processes and systems fostering innovation and integration to ensure best usage of our systems
- Act as official deputy to the Head of Cockpit Crew Planning and act as first point of contact in case of escalation

Requirements
- University degree in economics, business administration, aviation, or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on objective, solution-oriented outcomes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis
- Team player with strong interpersonal and social skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to handle complex topics
- Proficient in state-of-the-art software tools and adaptable to new technologies while Excel is still your best friend
- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in German as a strong plus
