Join Our Team as a Graduate Product Specialist
As a Graduate Product Specialist, you’ll be jumping right into the heart of product development. You’ll be working closely with our experienced Product Managers, supporting them in bringing awesome ideas to life. From brainstorming new features to analyzing customer feedback, no two days will be the same. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about tech, curious about how products get built, and ready to make a real impact from day one.

What You Will Do
- Assist Product Managers: Provide support to Product Managers in day-to-day tasks such as coordinating meetings, gathering customer feedback, and tracking progress against product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering, marketing, solution, and sales teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of product initiatives.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather data on market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to support product decisions.
- Document Product Features: Help write and maintain product documentation, including requirements, specifications, and user guides.
- Support product Road-mapping: Work closely with the Product Managers and Product Owners to create and maintain epics and features for product road-maps.
- Coordinate User Feedback: Organize user feedback sessions and surveys to capture insights and ensure the product meets customer needs.
