About The Role & Team
You will be part of our Europe Payroll team, who pride themselves in offering a first-class payroll service to our employees throughout Europe. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail and stakeholder engagement including finance, our employees, local People Operations, and benefit providers.
The role will provide a strong support to our experienced payroll consultants in areas of employee ticket management, payroll, and benefits - supporting the complete payroll lifecycle and benefits administration. You do not need to be an expert in payroll or employee benefits as you will be fully trained, what we are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, has a sharp eye for the details and who has a strong administration background.

What You Will Do
Employee Benefits Administration
- Organize and structure the employee benefits administration to ensure the accurate and timely payments to vendors. Escalate risks to the local payroll consultants to take appropriate action.
- Work closely with the payroll consultants to co-ordinate the overall benefits administration for each country in Europe, including benefits enrolment and terminations.
- Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and escalate to the relevant Payroll or People team member when necessary.
- Assist the Payroll Consultant in precisely identifying benefit providers for each country in Europe. Outline the necessary steps for effective benefits management and emphasize any potential risks and issues as needed.
- Support the Payroll Consultant to accurately detail benefit providers for each country in conjunction with the local payroll consultant, detailing the actions required for smooth benefits management and highlight risks and issues, where appropriate.
Payroll Support
- Assist the local payroll consultant(s) in preparing the monthly payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely payroll inputs/outputs to external providers.
- Co-ordinate the ticket management system by triaging tickets and assigning to the correct payroll consultant.
- Follow compliance guidelines for payroll processes both internally and externally, including all aspects of confidentiality and following GDPR guidelines.
- Assist with audits in relation to payroll and benefits and become the SPOC for the central finance team.
Qualifications
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related subject.
- At least two years’ previous experience in an administrative role in a large company.
- Previous experience of dealing with multiple employee / customer queries.
- Demonstrate experience of coordinating projects with deadlines and risks.
- Previous experience of MS Excel and other office applications.
