Tasks
In this pivotal role you will shape our IT process landscape and strengthen the reliability &security of our IT services. You will lead a team within IT Ops, which includes functions in IT Service Management (ITSM), Continuity Management (ITCM) as well as Identity- and Authentication Management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for ITSM & ITCM topics for internal- and group stakeholders
- Optimize, test and document our IT Continuity Management and align with Business Continuity Management
- Develop and maintain the ServiceNow platform for SWISS, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
- Responsible for the processes, documentation and training of the IT Emergency Board
- Establish crisis management functions that lower time to mitigate service outages and incidents.
- Stay up to date on industry regulations, trends, and technology and update the IT community
- Cultivate a collaborative culture & relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of leadership experience in IT, with a focus on IT Operations or a similar role
- Experience in the field of IT Continuity Management & Disaster Recovery
- Practical knowledge in ITIL, COBIT or similar frameworks. Higher ITIL certification (Managing Professional), CISM, CISSP are a plus

- Fluency in German and English
