Resource Group are seeking Technical Instructors to join the team (on site at Kemble and Field based) and be responsible for theoretical and practical training delivery, course development and other subject matter expert tasking as required.

Key responsibilities
Ensure that theoretical and practical training sessions are conducted in accordance with maintenance procedures and are undertaken in a safe manner.
Strive to ensure that RTS meets customer satisfaction key performance indicators (KPI) and targets.
Provide effective course preparation and planning in accordance with training schedules. Include approved course notes, PowerPoint presentations and other data ensuring compliance with internal RTS process whilst doing so.
Development and innovation of training products and material to ensure RTS remains at the forefront of training for the industry.
EASA Approved Examiner and Invigilator duties as required by the RTS Training Manager and subject to successful qualification for the role.
The ongoing update, maintenance and editing of the RTS examination database.
