Key Areas of Responsibilities:
● Strategy: Corporate, global & business level strategic planning / AOP; core and adjacent market opportunity analysis; competitor and customer analysis; technology assessment; supply chain strategy; productivity analysis
● Perform business analysis, recommend competitive strategies, identify new areas of opportunities and re-engineering a wide variety of internal processes
● Monitor business unit / function performance against targets, identify risks associated with shortfalls, and develop recovery plans
● Lead projects of strategic importance like organization restructuring, cost optimization, support development of new business areas, etc.
● Analysis: Understand growth targets of the company and hence work on various programs / schedules / events to meet these goals. Also monitor / track report progress on these programs
● First touch point to the Head of AH India & South Asia office: Anticipating needs, dealing with the unexpected, acting as liaison between Executive and staff or the outside world; independently handle the Head of AH India & South Asia’s office and support decision making on various business activities
● Program management of many projects simultaneously and enabling for strategic business management, Operations Planning, Branding and Communication, etc.
● Complement the Head of the business in researching out and vetting / validating ideas / hypotheses.
● Reviews/ Events/ High Profile Visits: Assist the Head of AH India & South Asia in conducting monthly, quarterly & annual reviews. Be responsible for High Profile Customer or Internal events.
● Analysis: Understand growth targets of the company and hence work on various programs / schedules / events to meet these goals. Also monitor / track report progress on these programs
● Facilitate and implement management control, & review as per agreed schedule
● Provide independent inputs analysis to the President

Essential
● Ability to put together strategic research based presentations to support the Head of AH India & South Asia on client meetings, Management Committee meetings etc
● Strong research and strategic consulting skills. (Prior experience of having devised, implemented & end to end management of strategic projects)
● Strong on multi-disciple & cross geographic senor stakeholder engagements, People Management, Team player
● Ability to build Management reports/ executive reports quickly and precisely.
● Good articulation, strategic research and presentation skills
● Financial analysis skills, Corporate Financials etc. & strong commercial skills.
● Independently manage the function and support the Head of AH India & South Asia, with minimum instructions
● Exposure to MIS & various Analysis tools to aid in strategizing

Experience
● 7-12 years of experience in management consulting (at consulting firms / large multinational corporates) Corporate is preferred
