PURPOSE
Implement T&OC programs and HR initiatives, manage on-line learning tools and hosting platforms for corporate learning programs, and manage assessments process and tools.
What You’ll Do
- Support implementation of Management & Leadership programs processes and tools.
- Implement HR initiatives and communications.? Support employee experience moments.
- Partner with business leaders on organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
- Partner with professional leaders on the design of learning initiatives curriculums and supplier evaluations.
- Partner with People Managers in the development of engagement & experience programs.
- Manage corporate online learning tools and hosting platforms. Ensure they are fit for purpose and deliver to the users' requirements.
- Manage reporting capability to feed corporate KPIs.
- Manage the external and internal assessments' process ensuring interface between internal users and external vendors feedback to participants tracking and reporting activities.
- Partner with vendors in the supplier of services
Qualifications
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in business human resources organizational psychology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent development function.
- strong communication skills.
- Excellent command in English language
- Hand on experience in talent management organizational design employee experience engagement communications and/or change management in complex international multi-cultural and fast-moving environment.
- 1 year contract could be extended.
