As an expert on the Atcom platform, the Platform Analyst ensures easyJet holidays gets the most out of our systems. In this role you’ll be the key contact for anything related to Atcom, from helping design new features to troubleshooting complex issues. It’s a hands-on role where your understanding of the platform will directly impact the success of the business.
As our Atcom Platform Analyst, you’ll work closely with business users, analysts, and project teams, to make sure Atcom meets their needs and aligns with easyJet holidays goals. This includes documenting processes, configuring the platform, and offering training where needed. You’ll also work with external suppliers to resolve technical challenges and ensure the system runs smoothly.
When issues arise you’ll dive into problems and find solutions that keep everything running, and by supporting day-to-day operations and driving improvements for future success, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring easyJet holidays platforms are reliable, secure, and ready for growth.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
In order to learn our internal systems, especially ATCOM, along with our business processes and terminology, you’ll need to have experience of 2nd/3rd line support, managing third-party relationships, and be able to deliver clear and effective training to others.
You’ll be highly organised, able to prioritise and delegate tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and be able to explain complex technical solutions in plain language that everyone can understand, from product owners to senior stakeholders.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
