The easyJet holidays Customer Service team is recruiting for a a Customer Service Executive to join us on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. You will be the Quality Specialist in our Customer Service Team.
In this role, you'll be ensuring that our customers have a brilliant experience, from the moment they book their holiday to the moment they return home. Your main focus will be on improving the pre-travel stage by reviewing customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with our Customer Service team and Outsourcing Partners to enhance service quality.
You’ll monitor calls and written communications to ensure our advisors deliver excellent service and resolve issues on the first contact. By gathering and analysing data, you’ll help spot trends and recommend improvements. You’ll also attend regular review meetings with our outsourced providers and support in resolving escalated complaints, ensuring they're handled to the highest standards.
Working with other teams at easyJet holidays, including contact centres, training, and content, you'll contribute to process changes that make things better for both our customers and our advisors.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
Experience in a Quality Assurance role or extensive experience in a coaching role within Customer Service is essential. A background in contact centres, or using systems like Salesforce and ATCOM would be a bonus. You should be a self-starter with commercial awareness, able to manage stakeholders and adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can handle ambiguity with confidence and sound judgement.
You’ll need strong analytical skills to interpret data and make clear recommendations, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively across teams.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model with three in-office days per week.
