As a Project Engineer you will be responsible to manage and deliver component engineering change projects from inception and problem definition, through component definition, validation, and implementation. You will mange technical project, leading cross-functional teams.

Key Accountabilities:
- Capture, document, and manage requirements
- Estimate and define packages of work based on documented requirements
- Create and maintain integrated project schedules with complex dependencies
- Control cost and schedule objectives using earned value management techniques
- Identify and manage project/program risks while facilitating the completion of all project tasks and deliverables in accordance with all applicable processes, procedures, and regulations
- Coordinate with other internal resources as well as external suppliers to deliver project/program objectives while reporting project status to various levels of the organization and escalate issues as required to the appropriate level of management
Basic Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 2+ years of related experience OR;
- A Master’s degree in Engineering
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen or permanent resident.
Preferred Requirements:
- Component definition requirements experience
- Fixed process approval experience
- Experience with RR purchasing process
- Experience with gas turbine engines
- Degree or experience in design and/or manufacturing engineering
- Formal training in project management, requirements management, systems engineering, and/or structured verification methods
