Team Member (NDT Inspector)
Full time (3-shift pattern)
Washington (United Kingdom), site-based role
We have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Team Member (NDT Inspector) at our site in Washington.
In this role, you will conduct NDT inspections using various methods such as Magnetic Particle Testing and Fluorescent Penetrant Testing, as well as Etch Inspection.
You will be required to interpret test results and provide detailed reports adhering to both company procedures and industry regulations.
Here in Washington, we make high-precision discs that hold fan blades and turbine blades in place while powering Rolls-Royce engines, including the Trent XWB the world’s most efficient large engine in service today.

What you will be doing:
Working as part of a team, you will:
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing and Operational tasks consistent with the requirements of the team, statutory and company standards.
- Participate in process improvement activities and compliance methodologies to satisfy customer needs and cost reduction targets. This may include elements of factory set up and workstation design.
- Follow production plans to meet customer requirements.
- Participate in cost reduction/operational improvements in order to satisfy customer needs.
- Recognise and perform asset maintenance activities in order to ensure that equipment and facilities are safe and reliable to a high-performance standard.
