Management Specialist
As a Sr Offering Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a
crucial role in driving the offering management function. You will be
accountable for developing and executing offering strategies to drive growth
and profitability. Your strong thoughtful skills, strategic thinking, and
ability to work with cross-functional teams will be essential in delivering
successful outcomes for Honeywell's business.
You will report directly to our Offering Management guide and you will work out
of our Istanbul location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will
impact strategic guide, revenue growth, innovation, customer satisfaction,
performance-driven advantage, resource allocation, risk management, and
cost-efficiency. Your guide and expertise are instrumental in driving business
growth and maintaining a strong market position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•
Develop and execute offering strategies to drive growth and
profitability
•
Define and prioritize market opportunities and customer needs
•
Work with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new offerings
•
Manage the offering lifecycle, including pricing, positioning, and
go-to-market strategies
•
Monitor market trends and performance-driven landscape to identify
growth opportunities
•
Drive profitability and growth through effective pricing and revenue
optimization strategies
•
Conduct market research and thoughtfulness to identify customer needs
and market trends
•
Provide guide and guidance to the offering management team

Minimum of 6 years of experience in offering management or related roles
•
Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
•
Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
•
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching offerings
•
Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
•
Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
